Our Human Resources team are looking to hire a Human Resource Data Analyst on a fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Human Resource Function by developing and delivering HR Management information, analytics and further develop business performance indicator whilst working on a human resource system implementation. The successful candidate will ensure there is a keen focus on data and delivery of Human Resource reporting for stakeholders in line with the HR strategy. Knowledge and Experience:

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Excel experience to Advanced Level. Experience with advanced data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) desirable
  • General awareness of HR policy and procedures
  • Proven’ experience working in Human Resources with experience working within a regulated environment, insurance desirable
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communicator and able to explain data results
  • Proven experience of interpretating data, analysing and giving clear concise value add reports
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data and able proactively to identify when something might not be right or needs further analysis
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications
  • Thirst for continual improvement and thinking out of the box an innovatively
  • Team player and comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with a can-do, upbeat, and personable attitude
  • High service orientation, flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Confident and comfortable working with confidential information and use to being the sole of discretion
  • Workday system knowledge would be an added advantage.

Day to Day duties include:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Human Resource data governance
  • Partner in the development of dashboards for use across the Human Resource function and business where required
  • Work proactively with the Human Resources Director and the Head Of Human Resources Operations & Reward to continually look at improving Human Resource reporting capabilities
  • Assist/lead in the design, implementation and development of new and value add reporting
  • Work with the Human Resource Team to continuously improve Human Resource data quality and Management Information
  • Co-lead analytical support for annual compensation reviews and regulatory reporting
  • Partner with the Human Resource Team in completion of Willis Towers Watson surveys, compensation benchmarking and job evaluations
  • Take ownership of both regular and ad-hoc Human Resource reporting
  • Partner with Human Resource Team and wider workday project team for Workday Project – data analytics, implementation, reporting
  • Where required assist the Human Resources Operations team with monthly payroll reporting for Finance, and regulatory reporting as required
  • Assist the Human Resource Team to provide a proactive administration and support service within the Human Resource function
